On this day, March 5th ,2026 Yin Wood Everest Web Development Co. LTD held interviews and conducted training, bringing aspiring professionals for a day of learning and opportunity. Several students from Polytechnic University of the Philippines San Pedro gathered at FlatWhite Coffee Shop in Rosario Complex, Chrysanthemum to participate in the company’s initiative to train and evaluate potential students in the field of web development. Students were oriented on what they should expect during their academic internship. This session aimed to help the said students to prepare for professional work environment and develop their skills to succeed in the industry.
Interviews are conducted to evaluate student candidates and determine whether their goals aligned with the campus’ academic internship program. During this, interviewer from Yin Wood Everest Web Development Co. LTD assess students’ technical knowledge and are involved in discussions to exchange information about the students’ skills, experience and their career aspirations. Allowing students and employer to gain better understanding of the expectations for the internship. Students collaborated with each other to finalize their schedule for each department, as they got assigned to different departments within the Yin Wood Everest Web Development Co. LTD, the students planned their allocated working hours in the company in order to complete the required 500 hours of on-the-job training.
